Imamu is finally ready to go to market!! Im so excited, proud, and quite honestly tired. Its been a lot of work, time, and falling off of his saddle. But it's been completely worth it! Wish us luck on our travels!
Today was the longest day I've ever had. After being woken up by my dog, Imamu decided to try to break down the fence! I had to calm him down and tie him up before going to the river for water. When I came back, I began saddling him and trying to get him to respond to the reins. But of course, he did not and started to run off, throwing me to the ground. I'm exhausted and covered in mud, and its not even the afternoon yet!
Today I went into the market to receive my first camel to train! It was a very exciting day today. the man who breeds them handed him off to me and I was allowed to bring him home and put him into the enclosed area I had set aside. It is very exciting that I will begin my training so soon, and I will be able to take him into market eventually to carry my goods.
